There really is not much to say about Miboshi. You never really learn about his past or anything! All that can be assumed is that he's very old because is powers are really great. Also we really don't know what he really looks like because his current body is that of a child monk, there for he is possesed. So the previaling theory is that he was a bishonen like the other seishi.
