Yui Honogo is Miaka's best freind. Well at least they were before they got sucked into the book of the "Four Gods." She is then raped when she enters the book in Kouto, by a few men. Later to be found by a gorgious man named Nakago. Almost dead and with slits in her rist (from trying to comitte suicide), Nakago takes her back to the palace. She then wakes up and Nakago tells her she is Seiryuu No Miko (the blue dragon god of Kouto). So now she is sworn enemie of Suzaku No Miko (the red pheonix god), which is now Miaka. So Nakago tells her that it was Miaka's falt that he found her that way, and so to speak, brainwashes her to blame Miaka for being raped.
