Meiling is the character that only appears in the Anime series. She is the relative of Sayloan so that she is also live in Hong Kong. Sometime she is very annoying but she loves Sayloan very much. She didn't has any magic powr so sometime she may creates a lot of problems to Sayloan. At the end of the first part of the story, she went back to Hong Kong. She help Sakura to catch "THE TWINS" card with Sayloan!
