2002: CONTINUED
JUNE: RELIC by DOUGLAS PRESTON and LINCOLN CHILD
The series of grizly murders has taken place in the Musium of Natural History right before the Superstition exhibit. And graduate student Marge Green seems to be the first one to tie th crimes to the bizarre artifact - the small statue of the mythical beast Mbwun of the mysterius Kothoga tribe from the Amazon jungles. Good book!
JUNE: ANGELS AND DEMONS by DAN BROWN
A great story about the resurrection of an ancient secret society with a 400-year-old vendetta against the Vatican. This tale is full of secrets, divine revelations, and surprising and unexpected plot twists. The book is so fascinating and beautifully written that you will have a hard time putting it down. Overall, an amazing book! I LOVED IT! LOVED! LOVED! LOVED!
JUNE: RELIQUARY by DOUGLAS PRESTON and LINCOLN CHILD
The sequel to the Relic, this book is a thrilling tale about the gang of killers preying the underground tunnels, passageways, and subways of New York City. This book is an advanture of its own, but it is better read as a follow-up to the Relic. It's an interesting look at the underground NYC that is both chilling and thought-provoking. I enjoyed this book a lot!
JULY: WITCH by BARBARA MICHAELS
It's an interesting story about the middle-aged divorcee who moves to a small country town, away from her grown children and the man she secretly loves. The story has a Hawthornian feel to it - small town, strict rules, populus influenced by distorted religious view, a single woman who stands out from the crowd, accusations of witchcraft. The book reads very fast and the story has a few surprising twists. I liked it!
JULY: FURY by G. M. FORD
