Practically 80% of the SD cast are over 6 foot tall!! -_-" In reality (or at least where I'm living in..hehe), high school students can't all be that tall ^_^" ... and it's unlikely that any of them can dunk, for that matter... ^_^" But oh well, that's what makes it an anime I guess...*to herself* It's not real Lanie..remember that..

You know, the way he falls asleep on his bike and then crashes into cars ahead of him, totally trashing his bike and flying straight up into the air...?! *cough cough* ^_^" Well, I've always raised my eyebrows at that..hehe.. but I guess in my case, this kinda thing just adds to Rukawa's kawaii-ness ^_~
-> Why everyone's so scared of Sakuragi at first sight. Yeah, he has red hair, and he's tall...but, erm, that doesn't really mean that once you see him, you should run the other way... I mean, he doesn't look all that scary, does he? (-_-" don't answer that.. hehe..) Well, at least to me he doesn't... when people see him it's as if they're looking at someone with a machine gun in his hand! They completely freak out and get as far away from him as possible... ^_^" To me, this is funny, but extremely exaggerated ... hehe... For example, does anyone remember the episode right after Sakuragi gets his hair cut... Sakuragi gets onto a train and practically the whole population of people on the train move away to the other side....leaving Sakuragi alone in an empty compartment...haha... ^_^" *sweatdrop* A bit of an exaggeration, don't you think? He doesn't look that scary.. ^.^

It's as if nothing else in life matters except basketball for them ... do you notice that they never mention anything about family (except Sakuragi's dad and a little bit about Mitsui's dad being suspicious about him), and most of them don't even seem to care about their studies? (err.. well maybe it's because the Shohoku team consists of delinquents, but anyway...) It's as if they go to school not to learn things but just to play ball...heh.. I didn't say there was anything wrong with that...but it's just that it's not exactly something that would be..er....logical..?! .. in reality.... okay I don't know what I'm talking about -_-"... never mind..

Like assignments or something? Plus it's not really necessary, if you know what I mean...hehe.. ^_^" I guess I'm just being cynical again...but high school students should have more and better things to do, right?
-> How a completely packed basketball stadium can go completely silent during a match. Gotta explain this one... you never get a stadium completely silent. I mean - you have rustling sounds and stuff, and people still talk and etc...but in SD, whenever critical moments crop up, the whole stadium goes silent. Like dead silent. Not a sound. And that's...erm...impossible, to say the least. Especially with so many people packed in the seats. [-_-" okay I know that this one was a lame thought to add to the list..but just a thought..hehe ^_^"]
-> Is everyone in SD supposed to Japanese? This was one of the questions that eluded me when I first started watching SD and first saw Sakuragi - I thought: a Japanese guy with red hair? o_o eh? *blink*...you know, when I wasn't familiar with it, I called Miyagi and Akagi black guys (^_^" not trying to be offensive but they do look like guys from the NBA, you know...^_^" *scratches head in embarrassment* What d'you expect? I didn't know their names yet!), I called Maki a spanish guy, and then Fujima-san comes in looking like a born and bred european/american...so yeah, I'm still thinking - aren't they all supposed to be Japanese? Well it's weird..'cause if that's the case, the whole SD cast should actually be black-haired like Sendoh, Rukawa, and Youhei... >_< *confused* Well, they could be mixed I guess..?! ... arggh! I dunno... it's just another thing I don't get.... hehe ^_^"

-> How the Shohoku boys can overcome all physically excruciating injuries and work miracles on court. o_o It just never ceases to amaze me. Here, I'll give some examples. Umm.. the Kainan match, when Akagi twisted his ankle and it swelled up like two ping pong balls (^_^" what a weird simile...hehe..), how he came back and rebounded like a god... err...another example...Sakuragi during the Sannoh match, after he hurt his back...he came back and blocked that Japan #1 player (I don't know his name in Japanese -_-") and all that.... Rukawa in the Toyotama match...with a black eye he was still on fire....Mitsui during the Sannoh match - practically fainting but he could still run up and take shots with 100% accuracy.. it's just..erm...uncanny.. o_o Sugoi yes..but unlikely ^.^
