Indian Foods
As well as rice, a number of different styles of unleavedned, wheat-flour bread are eaten with Indian cuisine.  Chutsneys pickles and relishes are always served to complement and balance the main dishes.
Chapatis
The most popular meat inIndia is goat and lamb.  Beef is not generally eaten for religioous reasons.  This dish can be made with beef or duck.

Indian mee is often fried, usually differ from one family to another.The ingredients is not limited.  The noodles can be fried with prawn and bean sprouts.  It differ according to other people taste and prefernce.

Papadums are made from lentil flour and are sometimes flavored with whole cumin seeds.  These flat, thin breads are almost always made in factories by skilled workers and are sold all over the world in small, plastic wrapped packets containing about 30 Papadums.

Roti canai is a kind of pancake prepared with wheat flour, eggs and butter.  It is eaten with meat curry.  Best eaten hot, usually served at most roadside.

In a pan stir rice in half ghee until the grains are well coated.  Add sffron and spices and pour in cold water.  Cover and bring to boil, then reduce heat to lowest point and cook without removing the lid for 20 minutes.  Let the dish sit for 5 minutes before serving.
