Pray this when you are tempted:
I take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
Mind, i subject you to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Will, i subject you to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Emotions, i subject you to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Practical Application:
(1) Recognise the sins (ask God to reveal)
(2) Confess your sins & pray ALOUD! There is power in spoken words because Satan hears it too!
(3) Pray in unity with others.. there is power in united prayer. See Matt 18:19
(4) Persevere in prayer, don't give up!

Fact #1 i was separated from God by sin

Fact #3 Only Jesus Christ can save me
Fact #4 To have a relationship with God, i must repent (turn from my sin) and believe in Jesus Christ
Repentance + Faith = Conversion (Born Again)

Jesus, i thank You that You loved me so much, You died for me even when i did not trust in You. You are the one true God.
Jesus, You are the absolute Lord of my life, and i love You. i want to serve You for the rest of my life. Amen!
