Hiei and Kurama are old friends and both came to the human world after stealing objects from the Spirit World. Kurama stole the Forlorn Hope and Hiei, a demon sword, with a poisious blade that could turn any human into a demonic minion. Hiei had a Jagan (demon eye) implanted on his forhead so this is why he often wears a headband he uses it to watch his sister. He is also an expert swordsman.
Some of Hiei's techniqes include his superior speed that is to fast to follow with the human eye.He also has a Jagan eye that alows him to watch people over great distances and control people as well.He can use the "Dragon of the Darkness Flame" too where he summons the darkest evils of Spirit World and turns it into a massive attack that will destroy allmost anything in it's path.He also can use "The Fist Of The Mortal Flame" in which energy quite like the Dragon Of The Darkness Flame,but of the human world surrounds his hands and he punches people with them (duh) and they get damaged for the most part ^-^.I believe that Hiei has other attacks as well but those are the ones that I know of.
