When Kurama was re-born in the human world, as Shuiichi Minamino, he learned the meaning of love and compassion from his human mother. He risked his life to save hers at one point. This has earned him Yusuke's respect. He became a Spirit Detective and helps Yusuke with his missions. His human body is 15-17 years old depending on where you are in the show. While his demonic form is over 1000, and even this varies. He's pretty old, and I would assume at some point he lost count of his age.
Some of Kurama's techniques include the rose whip where he turns a rose into a whip with thorns.He can perform the Rose Whip Thorn Wheel where he twirls his whip around and thorns fly out around him. Kurama uses smokescreens (since he once was a bandit).He can manipulate any type of plant and turn it into a weapon.He can plant the Death Seed inside of his enimies and in a sort amount of time it will sprout and they will die. Kurama uses plants to his advantage and is very wise in their uses.One of my favorites is The Sinning Tree,which ensnares the mind with hallucinations of wickedness while it sucks away your life; the tree will not stop untill it's prey is dead.
