Kiyoshi Mitarai or nicknamed “Sea Man,” is the second of seven psychics that Yusuke and friends must battle to prevent the earth from being taken over by demons. Mitarai is a shorter human with blond hair. He was ordered to ambush Kuwabara and his gang when they left the Megallica concert. On their way to the karaoke bar like planned, Mitarai ambushed them.     Mitarai’s power of territory is that to control water mixed with his blood. To use his power he will simply cut himself and drop it into water; the more blood the bigger the beast; the more moisture the faster it spreads. For this reason of controlling water, Mitarai is known as “Master of the Floods,” and his water beasts can not be destroyed unless Mitarai is injured. His powers increase when it is raining. After Kuwabara beats him and then helps him, Mitarai is brought back to the apartment to do some explaining.
