Kaname Hagiri or nicknamed “Sniper” is another psychic using his powers to bring to world to an end. He wears a red coat, has black hair, and likes to ride his motorcycle (which he is also very skilled at). Sniper is usually seen hanging close by Sensui to fulfill his requests. He can use anything to hit his opponent such as something small like a blade of grass or something huge like a semi truck.     Sniper’s territory when he uses it, envelops a five hundred meter radius, and allows him to plant his energy into his opponent. He calls this technique, ”Deathprint Bullseyes.” When he uses this technique, it places four black targets onto his foe located at the left arm, right arm, stomach, and the left side of their chest. Once his target is marked, he can shoot anything, at any range at his target without missing. Sniper uses his energy to make an object the exact hardness he desires and of course as his nickname refers, he has excellent aim.
