FINAL FANTASY VIII

DescriptionA game where you are a group of teenage mercenaries who set off to save the world. This game uses the junction system, in which you attach a summon to yourself and equip magic to make yourself super-powerful.
Plot
4/10
First off, the plot isn't even good. Anti-social guy falls in love with annoying girl! Gee, I sure like that! Second off, they make it more complicated than it needs to be, resulting in long boring explanations.
Characters
4/10
Almost all 17, huh? And all human. Gee, I sure like that. On the other hand, Rinoa and Squall are extremely well developed.
Fun Factor
20/10 (Not a typo)
Triple Triad! Who cares about playing! You've got one of the best card games ever right here!
Gameplay
3/10
The junction system is, simple enough, stupid. You can decide every single aspect of a character, and it's just in a stupid way not something fun like jobs. And then you can make them great at absolutely everything. But of course, you have to sit around drawing from enemies to get good. Fighting actual battles is fun; drawing spells is not.
Replayability
6/10
There are lots of secrets you'd probably miss the first time. Other than that, there isn't much else you'd gain from playing it a second time.
Graphics
10/10
Stunning graphics. The CG sequences can't really get much better, and the in-game graphics aren't bad at all.
Music
5/10
Most of the regular music is really bad. However, there is an actual pop song, Eyes on Me, if you like stuff like that.
Sex Object Factor
20/10 (Not a typo)
Yummy ^_^ It's like a bunch of models that somehow learned to fight. Squall, Irvine, Quistis, Selphie, and Seifer all in the same game!
Cutesy Factor
1/10
Not very cute at all. Basically just a couple cactuars.
