Fourth Annual Yampa Valley Holistic Fair; August 30, 2008, Steamboat Grand Ballroom
The mission of the Yampa Valley Holistic Fair is to bring awareness of the multitude of holistic practices in the Yampa Valley.
Pricing: Early Registration (June 1- Aug 7) We are limited in booth space, so sign up early!
Booth $150 tables provided by the Grand Resort, up to 2 businesses only per table
Presenters +$25
Late Registration +$35 (Aug 7 – Aug 28); No Directory inclusion after August 15.

Presentations
If you signed up for a presentation on your registration form, we have a limit of 7 total, each 30 minutes long, with 15 minute gaps for turnover in between.
The times are: 10:30, 11:15, 12:00, 12:45, 1:30, 2:15, 3:00
Sign up early to be a presenter!
You can choose two time choices, and we will try our best to accommodate you for one of your choices.
We will be providing AV equipment for these presentations, so ask us more about this closer to the date of the fair.
Directory
We will be offering a full directory of all participating practitioners to be handed out to each attendee and practitioner at the fair. Bronze sponsors will have ads in this directory as well. (See sponsorships below) Directory can also be emailed.
Food
Per our contract with the Grand Hotel, food and beverages are not allowed to be sold at the fair, but small samples are allowed to be given out.
Door Prizes
Donate a door prize for additional publicity for your business! Attendees are not required to be present to win.
Advertising
We are offering sponsorships to all Steamboat businesses for supporting the Holistic Fair. These sponsors will be given advertising spots in our posters/fliers and directory, local newspapers, and on the radio, depending on level of sponsorship.
All participating practitioners will be placed in our directory handed out to each attendee and practitioner at the fair.
Sponsor levels Price Advertising this gets you
Bronze $100 YVHF fliers/poster and directory (full color logos)
Silver $200 above, plus all newspaper advertising
Gold $300 all above, plus radio advertising
