- School
of Church Planting and Leadership
The SCPL is offered through the college of Christian
Ministries of the University of the Nations (U of N). It
is designed to develop ministry giftings and to prepare
students in a way that naturally results in effective
leadership and ministry in the church. The program helps
students gain appropriate understanding of church life,
church leadership and the role of the church in world
evangelism and missions and prepares them for their role
in church leadership and church planting. It is open to
people at any level of Christian leadership, of varying
ages and degrees of experience. The SCPL lasts for 3
months in the classroom and is followed by an internship
phase of 3 or more months. The training that is offered
through this course is often not available at Bible
Colleges and Seminaries. Here speakers include some of
the most dynamic leaders in the forefront of missions and
modern movements in church planting, growth and renewal.
