PHILADELPHIA FLYERS (Frank Genovese, GM) and NEW YORK ISLANDERS (Greg Owens, GM)
These are the only franchises to finish in the money for at least 4 straight seasons. Philadelphia finished 5th in 1997-98, second in 1998-99,  4th in 1999-2000, and 3rd in 2000-01. The Islanders finished 5th in 1992-93, 2nd in 1993-94, 5th in 1995, and 1st in 95-96.
