Training
How to train you ask me? Easy,Basically you will roleplay with yourself or with someone else. The roleplay must be realted to some type of training.

Training- You will gain 10PL, 1TP and 1SP for each minute you Train. Training must be done alone.
(Example)*You Train for 5 Minutes and gain 50PL, 5TP and 5SP*

Sparring- You will gain 10PL and 1SP for each minute for each person sparring together. You will only gain 1TP for each minute reguardless of how many warriors are Sparring together.
(Example)*You Train for 5 Minutes with 3 people and gain 150PL, 5TP and 15SP*

Energy- When Training/Sparring You will lose 1% of your Energy for each minute you Train and 1% of your Energy
(Train Example)*You Train for 5 Minutes. You would lose 5% Energy*
(Spar Example)*You Spar with 3 people for 5 Minutes. You would lose 5% Energy*

Special Training
Mediatation
You can Meditate, you wont gain any PL and SP but you will gain the 1TP
Just state you are just meditating, you can meditat for 150 minutes a day regardless. And if you chose to do this you will not gain TP for your trainings afterward, cant do this if you have already trained.
HBTC
You Can also train in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Here you will basically get a month's worth training in two hours and you must train for that many hours only. SO equation time!

Joecifus's Training of the five lost hardbacks
This training is hear to only raise your defense. You come to the turtle and you strap a magical heavy turtle shells to your back, the more stronger you are the heavier it gets. You gain 50 Defense points an hour and 4,000 Spd.You must meet Bocifus in heaven to even know the location to the Great Joecifus. He also teaches you a powerful fighting style.

Splitform Training
Here are the equations for Splitform training:

SP Gain= [Training Including Weights(Timex2)] + 50%

-QuadSplitform/Super Splitform-

PL Gain= [Training Including Weights(Timex4)]+75%
SP Gain= [Training Including Weights(Timex4)]+75%
