Habitation/House

Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

The Greek word for kept is tereo which means to watch, guard or preserve to this is added primary particle of qualified negation which is the word not, the English words kept not is utilized throughout the scriptures only 8 times ( new beginnings ).The Greek word for first estate is arche which means principality. The Greek word for left is used only 6times(weakness of man-manifestation of sin ) in the NT apoleipo which means to forsake in the case of Jude it is used if abandoning a principality. The Greek word for habitation is used only twice in the NT oiketerion GSN 3613 which means residence 2 in biblical numerics means division-witnessing. It is from a presumed derivative of GSN 1311 oikeo which is from GSN 3624 oikos which means a dwelling or by implication a family ( Keep this Greek word in mind it will come up again )

We are going to look at the other place this Greek word is used in order to obtain a better understand of this word habitation. So lets go to 2Corinthians chapter 2.

2 Corinthians 5:2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house <3613> which is from heaven:

Groan in the Greek stenazo which means to sigh. Greatly desire in the Greek is epipotheo which means to intensely crave possession. Clothed upon in the Greek is ependuomai which means to invest upon oneself it is utilized only twice in NT. As we know from verse 8 to be absent from this flesh body is to be present with the Lord. All spiritual bodies come from heaven. So we see here that the Fallen Angels desired not to be clothed upon with there spiritual house.

2 Corinthians 5:3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. 4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

This word clothed in the Greek is enduo which means to invest with clothing. We know from Revelation 19:8 that we are clothed with fine white linen that is our righteous acts. Mortality means liable to die. So therefore death being swallowed up by eternal life, so what is the implication of this as far as the fallen angels leaving their first habitation, therefor giving up there chance for salvation and eternal life which is the reason for this flesh age.

This is pure speculation on my part it cannot be documented.

Scenario 1

We know that their leader is death and that they are a part of the third that followed Satan in the 1st earth age therefore perhaps they thought that they would have a chance to win over God by corrupting the seed line.

Scenario 2

As we know Satan was the cherub that covereth the mercy seat and as we know Christ judges all those based upon what they do in this body ( Flesh Body ) as it is written in verse 10 of this 5th chapter of 2 Corinthians, and at the end of the millennium it is God that judges at the great white throne judgement as it is written Revelation20:11, perhaps they thought that they could avoid the judgment seat of Christ by avoid the birth of women in the flesh.

Scenario 3

At the Katabole- overthrow of Satan we know that some sort of judgement took place because as we know God's elect were justified that means judged. These fallen angels being a part of the third that followed Satan documentation for that would be they kept not their first estate which means they guarded not the principality which would have been the Father or Christ in the first earth age. Which means they when tried against the touchstone would not have made the right mark, perhaps the shame was more than they could bare and that is why they lest their habitation.

Lets move on in this study lets go to Matthew chapter 12

Matthew 12:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.

Man here is anthropos which means a human being. Dry places in the Greek is anudros which means water less it is used 4 times( creation ) here and in Luke 11:24, 2 Peter 2:17, and Jude 1:12. Dry places as it is used in the English is only used 3 times ( divine completeness ) in the scripture here and in Psalms 105:41 and Luke 11:24. Rest in the Greek is anapusis which means recreation or intermission it is used only 5 times ( grace )in the NT.

Matthew 12:44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.

So we see here him going back to the human in which he was casted out of and uses his physical body to house his spiritual body. In light of Matthew 25 the parable of the 10 virgins we find this person was prepared for Christ the problem is they were prepared for the wrong Christ Satan.

Return in the Greek is epistrepho which means to revert, litt. Fig. or morally it is used 44times ( probation and creation ) in the NT. House in the Greek is oikos GSN 3624 which means a dwelling or a family this is were that word habitation comes from that I told you to remember. Empty in the Greek is scales it means to be at leisure by implication to devote oneself wholly to, this word is used only 2 times ( division - witnessing ) here and in 1Corinthians 7:5. Swept in the

Matthew 12:45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

So we see here when one accepts Christ in there life they are swept clean of all that is negative what is important is what they place in them after they have accepted Christ in their lives is the "Word of God" which is Christ or the traditions of men that will lead them to the spurious messiah- Satan, they would have been better off if they were left well enough alone instead of taking in the traditions of men. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation- because they chose the traditions of men ( Satan and his bunch) over the " Word of God" which is the true Christ.

Lets go to Isaiah to better understand about these houses go to chapter 5

Isaiah 5:8 ¶ Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!

We have come all this way to get to this point, so stay focused think on a spiritual level what has been told us in Matthew and 2 Corinthians. Those that join house on to house- that is their house( physical body, flesh ) they join with one that has a spiritual house ( spiritual body- unclean spirit). Lay field to field as we know from the parable of the sower Matthew 13 that the field is the world so what is the implication spiritually speaking. When one joins their flesh body with one of those unclean spirits ( fallen angels ) , they lay this world age to the 1st world age because as we know from Genesis 6 these are men of old, men of renowned they have foreknowledge of what took place in the 1st earth age. When one is possessed of an unclean spirit it doesn't matter were they are on this erets they won't be alone.
