Terrors
Let me just start this study off with saying I was trying to ascertain a better understanding of the great red dragon that satan used in the 1st earth age and that, that took place just prior to the overthrow. I hope this will not be to lengthy, but granted if it is, it is well worthy the time and the effort to plow through it. And I say Praise be to YHVH for his awesome pearls of truth!!!!
Lets begin in Revelation chapter 12 verses 1&2
Revelation 12:1 ĥ And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
We know that this is before the Katabole. The word wonder is a sign in the Greek. Note that this sign is given in heaven.This is Israel all twelve tribes before the Overthrow , because as we know from Gen 37:9 the dream Joseph was given that the 11 stars made obedience to him, which as we know through Joseph would come Ephraim and Manasseh which would receive one portion above his brethren.
Revelation 12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
Ok this is what we are here for. It is very important to note that the overthrow has began before the sign of the " Great Red Dragon ". As we know this is the birth of this earth age. Pained to be delivered, this takes place over a span of time it doesn't just happen. We are going to cross reference this word " PAINED " the English word is only used 5 times throughout the OT and NT. The Greek word is basanizo which means to torture it comes from the Greek word
basanos which means a touch-stone, i.e. (by analogy) torture. A touch- stone is that, that metals are tried on, to determine the purity of the metal, by the mark that is made by the metal.
Lets go to Psalms 55,a title for this Psalm would be Instruction as to defeat of enemies.
Keep in mind we are looking for what was going on in the first earth age just prior to the overthrow of satan.
Psalms 55:1 ĥ <<To the chief Musician ( HE THAT HAS THE VICTORY ) on Neginoth,( SMITINGS ) Maschil, ( INSTRUCTIONS ) A Psalm of David.>> Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication.
This is the 8th ( new beginnings )of 13 ( rebellion ) so named. Give ear is the Hebrew word Ĉazan which is used 41 times ( 40 probation + 1 Unity ) throughout the OT but is used only 7 times ( 7 spiritual completeness )at the beginning of a sentence this being the 3rd time ( divine completeness )
Psalms 55:2 Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
Hear me = answer me; complaint = communication; make a noise = groan
Psalms 55:3 Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.
Cast in the Hebrew is mowt which means to waver; by implication , to slip, shake, fall. Iniquity in the Hebrew is Ĉaven which means come to nought, vain.
Psalms 55:4 My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.
Here is our word pained note that we have a colon which means what follows will be an elaboration as to why his heart is sore pained. Within is the nearest part i.e the center, it can also be translated bowels. We know from Hebrew 2:14 that satan is death. Fallen in the Hebrew is naphal which is the prim of the word Giants in Genesis 6:4. You can Cross Reference this word Pained also to Jeremiah 4:19 which as you know is were it begins to speak of the destruction of the 1st earth age. If we were going to continue in this Psalm you would see the betrayal of one that was a guide which means a counselor which as we know from Ezekiel 28 that Satan himself walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire, he was a teacher counselor.
Lets look at what these " Terrors of Death " are. This word Terrors as it is utilized here in Psa. 55:4 is the Hebrew word Ĉeymah it is used in OT 17 times ( victory ). We are going to translate this word rather than utilize the transliterated word " Terror " in order to give us a better understanding of who these are that cause the pained to be delivered and get a better look at what was happening just prior to the Katabole.
The transliterated word for Terrors is the Hebrew is
0368. Mymya ĈEymiym ay-meem'; plural of 0367; terrors; Emim, an early Canaanitish (or Maobitish) tribe:—Emims.
We see that this is a people the Emims. This word is used only 3 times ( divine completeness )in the scripture. We are going to go to Deuteronomy to see exactly who these people are.
Deuteronomy 2:10 The Emims <0368> dwelt therein in times past, a people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims; 11 Which also were accounted giants, as the Anakims; but the Moabites call them Emims <0368>.
This word here giants in the Hebrew is raphaĈ which is as we know the offspring of the fallen angels.
I hope that doesn't cloud your mind, keep your mind on the world that was and that, that took place just before the Katabole. Ok lets go to Genesis 15 which is the war of the Babylonian kings.
Genesis 14:1 ĥ And it came to pass in the days of Amraphel ( KEEPER OF THE GODS )king of Shinar,( COUNTRY OF THE TWO RIVERS - LAND OF BABYLON) Arioch ( LION LIKE ) king of Ellasar, Chedorlaomer ( PERSIAN KING )king of Elam,( HIDDEN I.E. DISTANT) and Tidal ( FEARFULNESS ) king of nations;
These 4 ( creation which can also mean division ) shall make war against the following 5 ( grace )
Genesis 14:2 That these made war with Bera ( SON OF EVIL )king of Sodom,( VINEYARD OR BURNING ) and with Birsha ( WITH WICKEDNESS ) king of Gomorrah, ( RUINED HEAP )Shinab ( A FATHER HAS TURNED )king of Admah,( FORT ) and Shemeber ( LOFTY FLIGHT )king of Zeboiim,( RAVINE OF HYENAS) and the king of Bela,( THAT WHICH HE HATH SWALLOWED UP) which is Zoar.( LITTLE )3 All these were joined together in the vale of Siddim, ( PLAIN CUT UP BY STONY CHANNELS)which is the salt sea.
These that were joined together in the Hebrew is chabar which specifically means joined (by means of spells) to fascinate Twelve years( governmental perfection ) they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year ( rebellion ) they rebelled.
Genesis 14:5 And in the fourteenth year ( 2 division x 7 spiritual completeness) came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with him, and smote the Rephaims ( GIANTS ) in Ashteroth Karnaim ( ASH.- STAR; KAR. TWO HORNS ), and the Zuzims ( STRONG PEOPLE ) in Ham, and the Emims ( TERRORS )in Shaveh Kiriathaim,( PLAIN OF A DOUBLE CITY )6 And the Horites ( CAVE DWELLERS)in their mount Seir, ( RUGGED )unto Elparan,( OAK OF PARAN ) which is by the wilderness.7 And they returned, and came to Enmishpat,( FOUNTAIN OF JUDGMENT ) which is Kadesh,( SANCTUARY ) and smote all the country of the Amalekites,( TO LICK UP ) and also the Amorites,( MOUNTAINEERS ) that dwelt in Hazezontamar.( PALM FOREST )8 And there went out the king of Sodom, and the king of Gomorrah, and the king of Admah, and the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (the same is Zoar;) and they joined battle with them in the vale of Siddim;9 With Chedorlaomer the king of Elam, and with Tidal king of nations, and Amraphel king of Shinar, and Arioch king of Ellasar; four kings with five.
4+5=9 which is the number of judgment. What is interesting is you can take this 9 and minus it from 12. 12-9= 3. It says in the next verse that the Kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled and fell. So take the 9-2 = 7. Something else that I think is very important for us to remember who was the head of this?Iit is the King of Elam which is a Persian King. And as we know from Daniel one of satan's names is the Prince of Persia.
Daniel 10:13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
We are going to skip down to the 18 verse of this 14th chapter. But I think it is important that you note in verse 13 one that was escaped came and told Abram, think of when Job was smitten of those that escaped and came and told Job of all that had happened. Also I think we should note that Abram's name has not been changed to Abraham yet which Abram means High Father.
Genesis 14:18 And Melchizedek (KING OF THE JUST OR UPRIGHT ONES )king of Salem ( PEACEFUL) brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.
Melchizedek is used 2 times( witnessing or division ) in the OT and 9 times( judgment ) in the NT, all together 11 times ( disorder ).We know that this is Our Lord and Savior Yahshua, We see here he also has a title of King of Salem , Shalem was an early name of Jerusalem. This title is used only 3 times ( divine completeness ). He brought forth the Sacraments of Today the Bread of Life which is sym. of the body of Christ by which we are healed and the Wine Yayin which is sym. of the Blood of Christ which washes us clean. This title Most High God Ĉelyown Ĉel this is the 1st time it is used in the scriptures, it is used 11 times which means disorder. So we are seeing a lot of biblical numerics that show forth rebellion and disorder. Now think on the 1st earth age, we have the title Melchizedek which is used 11 times and the title Most High God which is used 11 times.
Genesis 14:19 And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:
We see that title here again Most high God Ĉelyown Ĉel. Possessor in the Hebrew means to create it also shows ownership. Possessor of heaven and earth Ĉerets is used only 2 times ( witnessing - division ) that is here and verse 22.
Genesis 14:20 And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.
We see the Title Most High God once again .This word delivered in the Hebrew is magan means to shield or to encompass. It is used only 3 times( divine completeness ). It is important to note who delivered his enemies into his hand, The Most High God.
Genesis 14:21 ĥ And the king of Sodom said unto Abram, Give me the persons, and take the goods to thyself.
This word persons here is Nephesh which is soul. We see here that he didn't want the goods he wanted the souls.
Genesis 14:22 And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,
Two names of the Father Y@hoveh and Ĉelyown Ĉel the creator of Heaven and Earth that is all inclusive.
Genesis 14:23 That I will not take from a thread even to a shoelatchet, and that I will not take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich: 24 Save only that which the young men have eaten, and the portion of the men which went with me, Aner,( BOY ) Eshcol,( CLUSTER OF GRAPES ) and Mamre;(FRUITFULNESS) let them take their portion.
The word young men in the Hebrew is naĉar which means a youth; lad; young man which is used 235 this is the first place this word is used. Aner here comes from the same Hebrew word as young men. Which also brings to mind the young men the princes of the provinces in 1Kings 20:15. Men here is Ĉenowsh which has regards to his infirmities, as physically mortal , and as to charecter, incurable. The word portion in the Hebrew is cheleq which is used 66 times( idol worship )which means smoothness (of the tongue); also an allotment this is the first place that this word is used in the scripture. It is equivalent to the Greek word Akeldama used only 1time which means the field of blood. So we see here that the young men were not called by name but however we have 3 that were called by name. This calls to remembrance the 3 daughters of Job that were called by name.
If we were to go into the next chapter of Genesis 15:18-21 we would see the ten kings of satans " great red dragon ". To me this would be in Chronilogical order just as we saw the women was pained to be delivered.
We could likewise go to Job chapter 24 and look at what was going on just prior to the overthrow I hope you will take the time to compare Psalms 55 and Job 24 note that in the 17th verse of that chapter it speaks of the terrors of the shadow of death.
