This is another interesting Flash piece I have found, this is something rather unique. It is an animated film that has already been completely scripted and planned out, and seperated into 19 different episodes. It has gained the attention of the animation community, including being invited to the Tehran Animation Festival. This is definetly something to keep an eye on.

Much of the story is still unknown, as of this review it is still in its 9th episode, however it seems very interesting. I'll try to give you the basic concept without spoiling anything. It takes place in a future Earth that is under invasion by massive robots called Giants. The world is controlled by a military force that is at war against the Giants, and has put the planet into a something like a state of marshall law, oppresively controlling the people. In this setting, a young girl named Trixi escapes from a city, looking for her older brother who was drafted into the army, accompanied by her computer nerd friend Kal. However, they are being constantly followed by a mysterious figure called "Tinker", for as of yet unknown reasons. Its a very interesting story, should be interesting to see how it turns out.

The animation admittedly is not the best I have ever seen, sometimes the scenery looks two dimensional and lacks depth, but the artwork is pretty good. As witnessed in other animated series, the animation improves as new episodes come out. One thing that I was a bit disappointed about were the drawings of the Giants. Gibb seemed to go more for sheer size than to put much detail on them, but perhaps that was the intention, to simply have massive robots roaming about. The character models are nice, not excessively detailed, but not simplistic by any means.

The music is an original score that is fitting to the film, but I really can't see anyone wanting to listed to it outside the film.

So again I recommend that you keep an eye on this film, it has an interesting story concept and nice animation. I see a bright future for this one.
