Here are the setting for the drop shadow.
Now add a new layer and name it front hoof.
go to selections>load from disk  and load the front hoof left.sel
flood fill it with the dark brown or black setting the one I used was #301714.
Now do the Deselect and the selections rectangle and click on the hoof.
Add the same Eye Candy setting we used before.
Go to selections and select none.
go to the layer palette and right click and duplicate the front hoof layer.
Go to Image and mirror.
You might have to move this one a bit. It should now look something like this.
Ok are we ready for more?
Next add a layer and name it front leg
got to selections>load from disk and load the front left leg.sel. Flood fill with the light brown again

Then again deselect it and use the selection tool rectangle to reselect it.
Apply the same Kpt fiber optics brown setting, then deselect it.
Then click on the layer palette again and right click on the front leg layer and duplicate it and mirror it again.
move it to the right a little if you would like.
Hey he is starting to look like something now.. Yeah..
Ok on to the next layer.
Add another layer and name this one face.
Then go to the selections>load from disk and load the head.sel Flood fill with the light brown color again.

Ok now deselect the selection and use the selection tool rectangle to reselect it.
Apply the brown kpt fiber optics brown settings again.
go to selections and select none.
Go to effects 3d and add the drop shadow settings to the head.
Ok now to make his face look smoother. I use the clone brush with these settings and right click just to the side of the bald spot.
