Aloo Fry Ingredients Potatoes Medium size 4 Onions chopped 1/4cup Chilli powder 1/2tsp Tumeric 1/4tsp Green chillies 2 Salt and Oil 1.Wash and peel the potatoes.Halve and slice it then in small strips.Drop in cold water for 10minutes to remove starch. 2.Heat 2tsp of oil.drain all the water from the potatoes.toss them in oil along with onions and green chillies.When potatoes are tender add chilli powder,salt and turmeric.Stir fry until crispy and lightly brown.serve with rice or roti. |
