Aloo Kheema

Ingredients
Lamb/goat/beef ground(kheema) 1lb
Potatoes(cut in cubes) 2medium
Onions 1 small
Ginger Garlic paste 1Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Corainder chopped
Lemon 1
Salt and Oil

1.Shallow fry the potatoes and keep aside.
2.Saute onions and add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
3.Add the spices and kheema.
4.Cook until all the water is evaporated(about 10minutes).
5.Mix the fried potatoes and stir well.cook for 2minutes.
6.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon wedges.serve with rice or roti.
