Aloo Lamb Khorma

Ingredients
Potato(cut in cubes) 1medium
Lamb 2lbs
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
yogurt 1cup
Coconut chips(powdered) 1cup
Onions chopped 1medium
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Mint leaves 1cup
Salt and Oil

Method
1.Stir fry the potatoes in 2tbsp of oil  and keep aside.
2.In the same skillet add onions and saute untill brown.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes.
3.Add the lamb,coconut powder ,spices and cook until oil leaves the vessel.
4.Add yogurt stir well.Then pressure cook for 15minutes or until lamb is tender.add a cup of water,Bring to a boil.Add the fried potatoes and chopped mint leaves.Simmer for 10minutes
5.serve with rice or roti
