Aloo parathas

Ingredients
Wheat flour 3cups
potatoes 2 medium sized
salt-1tbsp
oil-1/4cup
green chillies-3
coriander chopped-1/4cup

Method 1
1.make dough of the wheat flour with 2tsp of  oil and salt.
2.boil potatoes.cool and smash them.
3.mix the potatoes with the chopped chillies,salt and coriander.
4.Make rotis of the dough about 4inches.keep about a teaspoonful of potatoes in the center.close the roti and flatten it again gently  without tearing the dough.
5.heat teaspoonful of oil in a pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides.
6.serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

Method 2
1.Grate the boiled potatoes in to the flour.Add salt and oil.Mix well and knead until the dough is nice and smooth.
2.Make round chapatis and shallow fry just like method 1.

Cooking tip:In method2 the dough has to been used within an hour or else it gets sticky and difficult to roll.
