Aloo Toorai(Indian Zucchini)

Ingredients
Toorai 3big
Potatoes -1medium
green chillies 2
onions chopped 1small
tomatoes chopped 1medium
cilantro chopped 1/2cup
Chilli powder 1/4Tsp
Tumeric-one pinch
Oil-2tbsp

1.peel and cut the toorai in thin slices.
2.Saute onions in 2tsp of oil.Add ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute.Add diced potatoes,chopped tomatoes,sliced toorai,chillies and spices.cook until toorai is tender.
3when done mix chopped cilantro.serve with rice.
