BBQ VEGETABLE KABOBS

 
 Ingredients

 
mushrooms - 12
 bell pepper 1
 cherry tomatoes ? 1lb
 onion 1big
 zucchini 1large
 oil 2Tbsp
1/2 cup lemon juice
salt and black pepper - to taste

Method
1.Slice the zucchini.cut the peppers and onions in squares.
2.Marinate all the vegetables in salt,pepper and oil for an hour.
3.Skew them on Pre-soaked bamboo skewers alternating each of the veggies.
4.BBQ/Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning pieces often. Brush kebabs during cooking with any remaining marinade.
