Badami Khorma

Ingredients
Potato(cut in cubes) 1medium
Lamb 2lbs
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
yogurt 1cup
Alomnds  1cup
Onions chopped 1medium
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Mint leaves 1cup
Salt and Oil

Method
1.Grind  the almonds in to a fine powder.Keep 4 aside for garnishing.Soak these 4 almonds overnight or boil for 30minutes.Peel and blance them.
2.Peel and Cut the potatoes in cubes.Stir fry them in 2tbsp of oil  and keep aside.
3.In the same skillet add onions and saute untill brown.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes.
3.Add the lamb,almond powder ,spices and cook by stirring occasionally until oil leaves the vessel.
4.Add yogurt stir well.Then pressure cook for 15minutes or until lamb is tender.add a cup of water,Bring to a boil.Add the fried potatoes and chopped mint leaves,blanced almonds.Simmer for 10minutes
5.serve with rice or roti
