Beans Fry
Ingredients
Beans 1lb
Potato 1
Onions chopped 1/2cup
Roasted Cashewnuts  halved 1/2cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Curry leaves 1stem
Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
Green chillies 2
Salt and Oil

1.Wash and chop the beans.Peel and cut the potato in cubes
2.Saute onions with mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies for 3-4minutes and add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.Add potatoes and fry for 2minutes.
3.Add beans  and remaining spices.
4.close the lid cook untill beans is  tender.
5.Garnish with roasted cashews.serve with rice.
