Besan Burfi

Ingredients
1.
Besan (chana flour) 2cups
2.Milk 1cup
3.ghee or butter 1/2cup
4.powdered almonds

Method
1.Roast besan in ghee for few minutes untill slightly brown
2.add milk,almonds powdered and sugar.keep stirring constantly until milk thickens.
3.pour in a tray.allow to cool .cut in to diamond shaped pieces.
