Bhendi Fry
Ingredients
Bhendi  2lbs
Onions chopped 1/4cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Curry leaves 1stem
Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
Green chillies 2
Salt and Oil

1.Wash and dry the bhendi.chop in medium pieces.
2.Saute onions with mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies for 3-4minutes and add ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute .Add sliced Bhendi.
3.Stir occasionally.cook until bhendi is lightly crispy and brown.serve with rice or roti.
