Bhendi Ka Khatta
Ingredients
1.Okra/Bhendi(cut in medium pieces) 1lb
2.Tomatoes(chopped) 4
3.Onions chopped 1medium
4.Tamarind paste 1tbsp
5.Coriander chopped 1/2bunch
6.Green chillies(for extra spice) 2
7.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
8.Chilli powder 1/2tsp
9.Tumeric 1/4tsp
10 Oil and salt

Method
1.Shallow fry the okra and keep aside.
2.In the same oil saute chopped onions and add ginger garlic paste.saute for 2 more minutes.
2.Add tomatoes and cook untill tomatoes are tender.
3Add spices and tamarind paste with 1cup of water .bring to a boil .
4.Add the fried okra and cook for 10minutes.Garnish with coriander and serve with Rice.
