Bhendi Bajji Ingredients 1.Bhendi medium size 8 2.Chaat Masala 2tsp 3.Chana Flour(Besan/gram flour) 1cup 4.Chillipowder 1/4tsp 5.Tumeric 1/4tsp 6.salt 7.Oil for deep frying 1.Wash and dry the bhendi.Roll them in chaat masala.. 2.Make batter of chana flour with some water and the spices. 3.Heat the oil for deep frying 4.Dip the bhendis the batter and fry them until light brown. 6.Serve hot with pudina chutney.sprinkle some more chaat masala on top of bhendi bajjis. |
