1.Chicken 2lbs |

2.Fresh ground Black pepper 1Tsp |

3.Greenchillies 4 |

4.Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp |

5.Onion chopped 1small |

|

6.Coriander chopped 1/2cup |

7.GaramMasala 1tsp |

8.Tumeric 1/4tsp |

9.Lemon 1 |

Method. |
|
|
|
1.Marinate the chicken for about 2hrs in all the ingredients except onions and oil . |
|
|
|
2.Saute onions until translucent then add the marinated chicken and cook until tender on slow flame. After chicken gets tender increase the flame to medium high and cook until oil separates out |

3.Garnish with coriander and squeeze of lemon. |
