Boti Kababs
Ingredients
Boneless Lamb 2lbs
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Lemon juice 4tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Ground Cumin,cloves and cinnamon 1tsp
Oil 4tsp
Salt

Method
1.Cut the boneless Lamb in to cubes.Marinate it for 4-6hrs in all the spices and lemon juice.
2.Skew them in Bamboo Skewers.
4.Grill or BBQ on charcoal or Bake in Preheated Oven of 375F until tender(about an hour)
4.serve hot with salad.

Cooking tip:Skew some Peppers or Zucchini with kababs
