Bread Pakodas Ingredients Bread slices 4 Chana flour 1tsp finely chopped coriander(cilantro) 1/4cup Finely chopped onion 1small Finely chopped green chillies 2 red chilli powder 1/2tsp turmeric 1/8th of tsp salt oil to deep fry Method: 1.Cut out the edges of the bread.sprinkle some water over the bread.allow to soak for a minute.squeeze out the water and mash the bread. 2.Make a batter by mixing mashed bread with other ingredients .add few drops of water to mix them well. 2.heat the oil for deep frying. 4.Make walnut sized round balls with the bread mixture and drop in hot oil. Fry untill light brown 5.serve hot with ketchup. |
