Bread Pudding

Ingredients
White Bread 8-10slices
Eggs 4
Whole Milk 3cups
Sugar 2cups


Preparing the Custard
1.Whip eggs for 2minutes
2.Boil milk.Add sugar and stir well.
3.Temper the eggs by adding some(1/4cup) hot milk and mixing it then add the egg to the remaining milk(do this to prevent the eggs from scrambling)
4.keep stirring  the mixture for few minutes until it thickens.

Preparing the Pudding
1.Preheat oven to 375F
2.Arrange the bread slices in a tray .Pour the custard over the bread .Along the bread to soak for an hour.
3.Keep this tray in a another large tray of hot water and bake for about 45minutes.
4.Serve warm or refrigrate for 2 hrs and serve .
