Butter Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken 2lbs
Onions chopped 1/2cup
Cashewnuts 1cup
Yogurt 1cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
tomato sauce 2tsp
Curry leaves(optional) 2stems
Butter 4tsp
food color orange or red
Chopped cilantro 1/2cup
Oil 2tsp
Salt

Method
1.Marinate chicken for atleast 3hrs or overnight  in ginger garlic paste ,salt ,spices,tomato sauce,food color and yogurt
2.roast cashews and grind it to a paste
3.Saute onions and curry leaves. add cashew paste and cook for few more minutes stirring constantly.Add the marinated chicken and stir well.Cover and cook for about half an hour.
5.Add butter and stir until butter melts
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro.serve with naan or rice
