CabbageCoconut Fry

Ingredients
1.Cabbage 1/2medium
2.Fresh grated coconut 1/2cup
3.Curry leaves 1stem
4.mustard seeds 1/2tsp
5.Onions 1medium
6.Carrots grated 1/2cup
7.Green chillies 4
8.Oil and salt

Method
1.In a skillet add 2tbsp of oil and fried the curry leaves,mustard seeds and chopped green chillies for 2minutes.
2.Add chopped onions and saute until translucent.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes
3.Add chopped cabbage,grated coconut and carrots.Cook untill tender.serve with rice
