Capsicum Kheema

Ingredients
Lamb/goat/beef ground(kheema) 1lb
Capsicum/Bell pepper(cut in squares) 2medium
Onions 1 small
Ginger Garlic paste 1Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Corainder chopped
Roasted cashewnuts 1/2cup
Salt and Oil

1.Saute onions and add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
3.Add the spices and kheema.
4.Cook until no water is left(about 15minutes).
5.Add the cut capsicum and stir well.cook until capsicum is tender
6.Garnish with chopped coriander and roasted cashewnuts.serve with rice or roti.
