Carrot Raita Ingredients 1.Carrots 4 2.Yogurt (thick) 2cups 3.Green chillies 2 4.Salt 5.Mustard seeds,zeera and red chillies for tadka. Method 1.Grate the carrots. 2.Mix it with the yogurt ,salt and chopped green chillies.. 3.Prepare tadka by roasting the mustard seeds,zeera and chillies in 2 tbsp of oil until they start to splatter.pour the tadka over the raita. 4.serve with rice or pulov |
