Cashew Burfi
Ingredients
1.cashews-2cups
2.sugar-2cups
3.ghee-2tbsp
4.milk-1/2 cup
5.cardamom powder-1/2tsp

Method
1.soak cashews in milk for couple of hours.Grind to a fine paste.
2.heat ghee add the cashew paste and cardamon powder,sugar.keep stirring untill the ghee appears in the corners of the vessel.
3.pour in a tray.allow to cool .cut in to diamond shape pieces.
4.garnish with silver and serve.
