Cauliflower Fry Ingredients 1.Caulifower florets 2lb 2.Curry leaves 1stem 3.mustard seeds 1/2tsp 4.Onions 1medium 5.Carrots grated 1/2cup 6.Green chillies 4 7.Chilli powder 1/2tsp 8.Turmeric 1/4tsp 9.Oil and salt 10.lemon Method 1.In a skillet add 2tbsp of oil and fried the curry leaves,mustard seeds and chopped green chillies for 2minutes. 2.Add chopped onions and saute until translucent.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes 3.Add cauliflower florets and carrots.Cover and cook untill tender.squeeze some lemon juice.serve with rice. |
