Ingredients
Chicken 2lbs
Cornflour 4tsp
Tomato Sauce 1cup
Eggs 1
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Yogurt 1cup
Curry leaves 2stems
Garammasala 1/2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Salt and Oil
Method
1.Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except oil and curry leaves for about 2-4hrs
2.Shallow fry the chicken until tender and keep aside.
3.In a separate skillet add 2tsp of oil and fry curry leaves then add the marinade(the juice left from the marinated chicken) and cook gravy gets thick.
4.Add the fried chicken pieces in it and cook 2 more minutes .Serve with rice or roti.
