Method |
|
|
|
1.Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except oil and curry leaves for about 2-4hrs |
|
|
|
2.Shallow fry the chicken until tender and keep aside. |
|
|
|
3.In a separate skillet add 2tsp of oil and fry curry leaves then add the marinade(the juice left from the marinated chicken) and cook gravy gets thick. |
|
|
|
4.Add the fried chicken pieces in it and cook 2 more minutes .Serve with rice or roti. |
