Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients
Whole chicken 1
Corn 1cup
Ginger root  1
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Corn starch 2tsp
Salt



Method
1.Put the chicken in a large boiling pot and add enough water to immerse the chicken.Also add salt and  ginger.
2.cook the chicken on medium flame for an hour.
3.Separate the chicken from bones. Shred it and keep aside.Remove the ginger root from the stock.
4.In the chicken stock add some cornstarch dissolved in water.
5.Add the corn and chicken.Simmer for few minutes.
6.Serve hot
