Chicken Shorba

Ingredients
1.Chicken medium size pieces 2lbs(approx 1Kg)
2.Chopped Onions 2cups
3.Green chillies 2-4
4. coriander leaves\cilantro 1/2cup
5.Ginger Garlic paste
6.Black Pepper 1Tsp
7 Oil and Salt

1.Heat some oil in skillet.shallow fry the chicken until light brown and keep aside.
2.In the same oil saute onions until brown.add ginger garlic paste saute for a minutes.Add spices ,chopped cilantro,green chillies and the fried chicken.Stir well and add 3cups of water.
2.Slow cook for about an hour.
3.Add a teaspoon of corn starch or all purpose flour for thicker gravy.Garnish with remaining coriander leaves.
4.serve with naan\roti\rice
