Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
Dry  yeast  1pack
evaporated milk at room temperature  1/2cup
butter melted 1stick
sugar 1/2cup
salt 1tsp
All purpose flour 4cups
Cinnamon 1tsp
brown sugar  2tsp
For Frosting
Confectioners Sugar  1cup
Evaporated milk 1/4cup
Butter 1/4cup
Cream cheese 4oz pack.
1.dissolve yeast in some warm water(110F).
2.Make dough with flour, yeast, salt, sugar and milk. Cover and keep in a greased bowl  for an hour.
3.Knead the flour until smooth. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Spread some butter , cinnamon and 2tsp of sugar and brown sugar.Start rolling in and cut in 1inch slices.
4.Preheat oven to 375F.Keep the rolls in a greased baking tray.Bake for 15-20 minutes.
5.Prepare frosting by blending the cream cheese,sugar and some evaporated milk to make the frosting smooth. drizzle the forsting  over the baked cinnamon rolls and serve warm.
