Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients
Shrimp medium 2lbs
Grated dry coconut 1cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/4tsp
Garam masala(ground cloves,cinnamon and cumin) 1/4tsp
Eggs 1
Oil for deep frying
Salt

Method
1.Mix Shrimp with Ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli powder and garam masala
2.Heat the oil for deep frying..
3.Sligtly whip the egg.
4.Dip the shrimp in the whipped egg then in the grated coconut.dust off the excess.Deep fry until brown.
6.Keep warm in oven until its time to serve.Serve with ketchup
