Custard Cake

Ingredients

Pineapple Cake mix 1pack
Custard powder 1/2cup
Milk-3cups
sweetened condensed milk-1can
chopped almonds and cashews-1/4cup
Raisins 1/4cup
Crushed pineapple 1/2cup
chopped mangoes ,grapes, peaches 1/2cup


Method
Preheat the oven to 375F
1.Bake the cake in two 8inch pans as per the instructions on the pack.
2.cool the cakes and flip the pan to remove them.
3.make custard by boiling milk.Add condensed milk stir well.dissolve the custard powder in some water and pour in to the boiling milk.stir constantly until it thickens.cool it.
4.arrange one cake as the base.spread the custard over it.Sprinkle some almonds ,cashews and raisins over it.Then sprinkle some crushed pineapple and chopped fruits .Cover with the second cake.
5.Now spread the custard on the top and spread evenly.Chill for an hour and serve.
