Easy Bread Pudding

Ingredients

White Bread 10slices(thick slices)
cornflour 2tsp
whole milk 2cups
almonds blanced 1/2cup
pista chopped 1/4cup
sugar syrup 1/2cup

Preparation

1.cut off the edges of the bread.cut each slice in to four equal squares.
2.Prepare the cream by boiling whole milk.add sugar and cornflour until it thickens.cool it .
3.layer the bread slices on a tray.spread the prepared cream on top and some blanced almonds..over with another layer of bread slices.make 2 such layers.
4.Sprinkle some sugar syrup.just enough to soak the bread.
5.Refrigrate for 2hrs.garnish with chopped pista and serve.
