Egg Bread Pudding

Ingredients
Eggs 4
Whole Milk 3cups
White Bread 4slices
Sugar 2cups


Preparing the Caramel
1.Add 1/2cup of water in 2cups of sugar and cook until it reduces to thick brown liquid and hardens
2.Add 1/4 cup of water and simmer until caramel dissolves.

Preparing the Pudding

1.Preheat oven to 375F
2.Whip eggs for 2minutes
3.In an electric blender blend milk with slices of bread and eggs.
5.Also blend in the prepared caramel.
5.Pour it in a Baking tray.Bake in the oven for  45minutes until crust is lightly brown..
8.Cool and Refrigrate for 2 hrs and serve .
